Check-in Policy

Guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in at Ancient Knights Luxury Suites, only accept children from 12 years of age or older.

Pets

Ancient Knights is a pet free establishment and it does NOT allow pets of any kind.

No Smoking

Ancient Knights is a non-smoking establishment. The ban is in place on smoking in all rooms and common facilities except courtyard. Courtyard is the only place that smoking is not prohibited from the establishment. Hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 200.00€ for cleaning where ban is disregarded.

Inventory Damage / Theft

The guests are responsible for reimbursement of any possible damages caused to the inventory in the room or elsewhere in the hotel. Dinnerware, cutlery and coffee spoons, towels, pillows, blankets and other hotel objects should not be taken from the rooms. Hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any inventory damage.

Hazardous Goods

Bringing goods and/or any article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

Energy Managment

Ancient Knights Luxury Suites is an Eco-Friendly Hotel. By doing so we are trying to reduce the environmental impact through green best-practices in maintenance, services, logistics, products, and supplies. The core elements revolve around reducing waste, saving energy, and cutting down on water usage. To Achieve that we strongly advice all of our customers if they do receive a second key for their needs to NOT leave the key in the room to have any electrical appliances running while they leave the room (including air-conditioning).

Ancient Knights Luxury Suites reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 100.00€ where ban is disregarded.
